Ya Mismo

It has been an interesting week. We went on divisons, and I spent some time sick, on the bathroom floor and afterwards in the grand Quito ; in the beautiful clean hospital.

The good news is, is it was not from drinking water from here, because our water is brought to us from a member in the branch that has his own Waterfall and filters the water professionally. The other great news is that it rained all the days I was sick, so we did not waste a day walking around like wet bread.

Long story short, the Lord needed to teach me a bit of patience. I know my time is running out here in Puyo and we have been on a role working like dogs. Laying on the bathroom floor all day really frustrated  me. But, mission life moves on. I am going to be the most patience person, like one day when I have screaming children wanting dinner.

Gema is doing great and we are even now teach her sister Leila! Gema will get baptized this saturday whoo! The week really went by quick.

During my time laying in my bed, this quote my trainer had sent me, came to my mind from Elder David A Bednar, he said ,"You and I in a moment of weakness may cry out 'No one understands, No one knows' no human being perhaps knows but the Son of God perfectly knows and understands, for he felt and bore the burdens before we even did." I know the Savior lives, he loves us and he wants us to do everything we can to come unto him.

This week will be a crazy one, the last week of a transfer always is. Crazy to think that I will be home in exactly 3 months from today. "My time grows short". To work I go, serving these humble people with all my heart, bringing families and souls unto Christ.

Love you all
Hermana Merrill:)
