10 months on the mission

10 months of being on the mission and it feels like I have been here for a month. This week we were in the festivals of PUYO. Viva Puyo!!  The time passes so fast. Puyo is doing great; there were 150 people at church on Sunday, in the branch, progress. I really love it here, nothing new I usually learn to love my sectors about the 2nd week. I have learned that things really work out better when you learn to accept a situation and make the very best of it. As for the people we are teaching, we found an investigator thanks to a member inviting her to a family night, her name is Rosita. She is from an area that is far into the jungle and from the Shuar tribe, SUPER AWESOME! I will include a picture of her...She is great, and will get baptized on the 6th. She brings me to the next point I have, no one really knows how to read, makes me even more grateful. Sometimes we take such small simple things for granted. I love it here out in the orient, things are done a lot differently here, the people are like a completely different culture.
Other than that, I hope everyone had a great week. Remember what things really matter, say your prayers and be a little more grateful.
LOVE you all
Hermana Merrill:)
